Despite having a bit of cold we did get out the sledding hill right
next to our house. And I do mean RIGHT NEXT to it. The neighborhood
will keep us up all night with the sledding I can assure you. That
same hill makes it hard to get around in the winter when it snows.

Train show.

Hiro and Grandma and Grandma and Grandpa and Mommy and Daddy went to the train show in Puyallup today. He doesn’t know it yet, but he made out like a little bandit. (Santa might have shopped a little at the train show, I’m just sayin.)

Helping Mommy Cook

Hiro is helping mom make stew for a chilly fall day.

On Sunday Hiro was playing on the laptop watching Thomas the Tank Engine videos on YouTube.  He followed a bunch of links to videos of kids modding their TrackMaster trains to add features like extra hooks, and the like, or just how to fix the engines when broken.  Later I saw him go to the kitchen and get a chop stick to “fix the train”.  He was trying to use the chopstick to undo the screws on the underside of the train.
